GitHub Actions Schema Requirements
1. Root Level Keys
Every valid workflow must specify name, trigger conditions (on), and workflow execution blocks (jobs).
2. Job Runners
Each declared job must include a valid virtual machine runner definition using the runs-on keyword.
3. Strict YAML Formatting
Tabs are strictly prohibited in YAML files; use consistent 2-space indentation to prevent parsing failures.
